Incoming 9th Grade Scheduling Request Card
The link below are intended for any student coming to SOHS from outside of our district. This would include those coming from private school, out of state, or those requesting an in-district transfer. Students coming directly from our feeder middle schools, EOMS and SOMS, receive their request card from their own middle school. New students to the district need to contact the SOHS counseling office for enrollment information by calling 502-241-6681.
