Fit for Life 2026
The Oldham County School district is offering a PE course, Fit for Life, to give students more flexibility in their schedules during their high school years as well as learning to be “fit for life”.
Why take it?
If taken, it allows students more flexibility to schedule courses during the regular school year. Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn the required physical education graduation ½ credit. In addition, all students will take the online health class through Edgenuity to receive the other ½ credit for health.
Cost?
$140 due once accepted into the course and is non-refundable after June 1st.
Also, all students enrolled in the course will be required to have and use a fitness tracker that can track steps, heart rate, and sleep (a Fitbit fitness tracker can be provided at no cost if needed).
